All sales are final. No refunds. If you are unable to attend a course that you have already paid for, please reach out to your Point of Contact as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation we may, at the sole discretion of Pinecone Tactics, offer a credit for you to attend a course at a later date.

Eligibility

All attendees must be legal residents of the United States and pass our vetting process before a payment link will be made available. Even though we vet all prospective attendees, it is your responsibility to be sure that you meet the eligibility criteria listed here. Refunds will not be given if you are denied access to the training course because of ineligibility.

We do not provide services to any person or organization that is:

• Listed on the OFAC Sanctions list.
• Who is a resident or citizen of an OFAC Sanctioned country
• Separated from the US Military with a dishonorable discharge
• Convicted of a felony
• Under indictment for a felony
• Convicted of a misdemeanor of domestic violence
• Subject to a restraining order
• Under the influence of inebriating drugs or alcohol
